Call 619-535-1543 for your free 15-minute phone consultation- The consultation gives you and I the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what you want to get out of coaching and if you want to work with Life Tutor of San Diego. Coaching is as effective as the work we put in it. I guarantee my commitment of integrity and determination to each of my clients and I ask the same for the clients. Being mindful, open to positive or negative feedback and keeping your scheduled sessions are key to adapting a new way of thinking. Generally, sessions are conducted in person but after establishing your motivational goals and coaching plan, we can meet in person and or by phone.
I am clearly stating that I am not a Licensed Psychologist, Therapist or Licensed Professional therefore my Life Coaching sessions are not meant to replace therapy but to inspire change within the client. I will not diagnose or treat mental health disorders for a fee.
Cancellation policy- Communication is important, please notify Life Tutor of San Diego 48 hours in advance if you are not going to show up to a session. If you do not show up for your scheduled session and you have not notified me, you will be required to pay for the full session.

Pricing
Rates will vary depending on the length of the coaching session. Military rates are given to Active Duty, Reserve or Guard military members and their spouses.
If you are an organization or your coaching will be funded by your organization, contact me to discuss your specific coaching session, length, needs and budget. I will then provide you with a proposal that includes fees and other details.
If you are an organization who would benefit from a workshop or a group session, the pricing will be determined by the length of time and scope of the session. Please contact me for more details.
Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please call or email for more information on reduced fee sessions.
Payment is due before or at time of service. Forms of Payment – Cash, Check, Credit Card and Debit Card are accepted as payment.
Rates- Rates are $100 per 50-60 minute intake session, $80 per 30 minute sessions and $120 per 50 minute session. Military Rates are $80 per 50-60 minute intake sessions, $60 per 30 minute sessions and $100 per 50 minute sessions (Valid Military ID required)

This form will be discussed with you in your first meeting/intake session; however reviewing the form prior to your first session to help you understand what to expect may be helpful. You may print and complete the form to bring into your first session if you choose.
Consent to Coaching:
It is important that you know what to expect from coaching and how our coaching sessions will commence. During the intake session, I will cover this consent in detail; however you may want to review it before your first meeting in the event that you may have any questions or concerns. Thank you
